Founded on friendship and a shared love for the authentic charm of our coastal community, we specialize in telling the beautiful, unique love stories of every couple we work with. After falling in love with the character of our personal slice of heaven, we set out to blend our passions for design, hospitality, and celebration into a modern approach to event planning. Our team pours heart and creativity into every design related detail, ensuring each celebration is as meaningful as it is beautiful. Principal Florist + Designer
Cody is the creative force behind Grow Social’s floral and design vision, bringing an unmistakable energy and refined point of view to every celebration. With a background in interior design, he approaches each event with both artistic intention and meticulous attention to detail - balancing creativity with precision in a way that feels effortless.

Known for his intuitive eye and expressive style, Cody has a talent for layering color, texture, and unexpected elements (he loves his unique tchotchkes!) to create florals that feel sculptural, distinctive, and deeply considered. His work reflects a natural ability to transform spaces, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and immersive experience.

An old soul at heart, Cody is drawn to life’s timeless comforts: a bold glass of Cabernet, an early cold brew, and the familiarity of pen to paper. He’s someone who prefers a thoughtful phone call over an email and finds joy in the quiet rituals that inspire his creativity, from time with his adorable doodles to unwinding with a classic rom com. Laiken is the steady force behind the seamless, thoughtfully executed celebrations Grow Social is known for. Clients often describe her as calm, reassuring, and exceptionally organized- the person who quietly holds every detail together so couples can remain fully present and enjoy their day. With an intuitive ability to anticipate needs and align every element with intention, she blends structure and creativity to transform each vision into an experience that feels personal and beautifully cohesive.

Behind the scenes, Laiken manages the countless moving parts that allow a celebration to unfold effortlessly. She has a keen eye for the subtle details that elevate an event- from the flow of a timeline to the finishing touches that make a space feel complete. Her work is rooted in the belief that exceptional celebrations aren’t just visually beautiful, but deeply felt.

Warm, engaging, and deeply invested in her couples, Laiken brings a joyful and spunky energy to the planning process, building relationships rooted in trust and ease. Known for her celebratory spirit, she’s equally comfortable refining logistics as she is raising a glass of Champagne alongside her clients. Outside of celebrations, she’s most at home on the water, embracing her love of boating and the relaxed elegance of coastal living. Her appreciation for Southern flair- gracious hospitality, thoughtful details, and timeless charm- naturally shapes experiences that feel both elevated and warmly inviting.

Kody approaches each celebration with the belief that the most meaningful experiences are never rushed- they are carefully cultivated over time. From the very first conversation, he invests thoughtful attention into understanding each client’s story, preferences, and the atmosphere they hope to create. His process is intentional and deeply personal, allowing every celebration to unfold with clarity, refinement, and purpose.

With a naturally Type A mindset and a sharp eye for composition, he approaches design with both discipline and creativity, ensuring every element feels cohesive and thoughtfully placed.
